Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 April 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any Toolkit API service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

Toolkit API provides a suite of 10 RESTful API toolkits (DNS, Dev Tools, Web Scraping, Image, Geo & Location, Email, PDF, Auth & Security, SEO, and File & Convert). All API access is brokered through RapidAPI.

3. Accounts & Billing

Each toolkit is independently subscribable via RapidAPI. Billing, invoicing, and payment processing are handled entirely by RapidAPI under their own terms of service. Toolkit API does not store credit card or payment information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other protective measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Resell or redistribute API responses without adding meaningful value.
  • Send abusive, excessive, or automated traffic designed to degrade the Services.

5. Rate Limits & Quotas

Each subscription plan has defined rate limits and monthly quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or rejected requests. Current limits are communicated via standard HTTP headers (X-RateLimit-*).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, documentation, logos, and code on Toolkit API websites are owned by Toolkit API. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the APIs. API responses may be used freely in your applications.

7. Data Processing

Toolkit API endpoints are stateless. We do not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests or responses beyond the duration of the request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime but provide no guarantees unless your subscription plan includes a formal SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolkit API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your RapidAPI dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
